1 / 4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Directions
In a large bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar. Beat in the chocolate andTo extract mint. Gradually into the flour. Stir in the chocolate chips (dough will be soft).
Drop by spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking paper type sheet. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until firm. Cool completely.
Cookie Icing
2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 tablespoon milk
1 / 4 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 to 2 drops of food coloring
Place in a bowl, combine all ingredients and cooled to the cookies.Let set.
Chocolate Drizzle
Melt in a microwave safe bowl, chocolate chips and shortening in microwave, smooth move. Drizzle over cookies.

1 / 2 teaspoon almond extract
