What To Do With Those Overripe Bananas

What do you do with overripe bananas that are ripe to eat? If your bananas are more black then yellow spots. If the stems like a ripcord, only to tear. Why does not Banana Nut Cookies.

This morning when I walked into the kitchen, I noticed the bananas on the kitchen table turned black spotted. My first thought was to make banana bread. But then I realized it was a perfect opportunity to create a new cookie recipe.

Throwing Cautioninto the wind I began to create a cookie recipe from my best recipe for banana nut bread. I added a few ingredients and added some ingredients to be deducted as well as some components. Then I began to bake. The first group came out shaped like cookies, but easy as pie. They tasted so much like banana nut bread. Not bad, but not what I was trying to create. I then added more butter and sugar to make it a little clearer and sweeter. What makes agood cookie to a big cookie? chocolate chips. I added a bag of chocolate chips with quality. Quality is the key word here, the quality of the chocolate chips can either make or break a good place. This batch was good, but needs some extra texture. I wanted to create a cake cookie. I wanted to create a cookie. The next group I added coconut and oats. Wow, what a difference! The coconut and oats not only add texture, but added, crunchy andchewiness too.

What was that old saying? Something like, "if the life you lemons, make lemon aid." In other words, when life gives you overripe bananas to make banana nut chocolate chip cookies. You always have fruit on the southern route there is always a recipe, let me say, create a cookie recipe.

Cream together:

2 cups butter

1-cup sugar

1-cup brown sugar

2 eggs

3-Banana

½ cup sour cream

AfterThe above ingredients are thoroughly mixed, mix in:

1 ½ tsp. Baking powder

1 tsp. Baking powder

½ tsp. Salt

4 cups flour

Mix all these ingredients together well. Now I'm going to add some options, but you must add at least some of these ingredients, if not all of them. When baking cookies, each has its own individual taste. It is always advisable to make a new cookie recipe on its own. Add what you like and subtractThings that you do not. Who knows, your cookie can be better than the original recipe.

1-cup nuts

1-11.5 oz bag of chocolate chips

1-cup coconut

1-cup quick oats

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Salt 12 oz. Good chocolate, chopped Preparation Directions: ~Cream butter and sugar together on medium speed of electric mixer until light and stir. Eggs and vanilla, beating until blended. ~ Flour, baking powder and salt, gradually into the butter mixture, beat well. Stir in chocolate chunks. ~ Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake set at 350 degrees for 8 to 14 minutes. , Remove to wire racks and cool.

Favorite Christmas Cookies 2 - Toll House Variety Chip Cookies - 2

Place a few chunks on each cookie and 9-12 minutes or bake until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes then remove to wire racks. This is about 9 dozenThey have the best tasting cookies ever!

Hazelnut Cookie Recipes

This hazelnut cookie recipes are delicious. To verify this, and I'm sure you will be surprised, surprising.

4 c flour

1 1 / 2 c finely diced dried apricots

1 c hazelnuts, roasted, peeled, sliced

2 tb Water

Preheat ovento 350f. Meanwhile in a large bowl sift together the
Flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together 5 eggs, 2 egg yolks and vanilla. Mix the beaten eggs with the flour mixture and add the hazelnuts and apricots. On a lightly floured board the dough for 5-7 minutes or until evenly mixed. If the dough is too crumbly to hold together, add a little water.

Roll the dough into 4 sections and each into a cylinder 2 inches in diameter.Place 2 inches apart cylinder 3 press into 2 well-greased baking sheets and a little flat. Beat the eggs with the remaining water and brush each cylinder with the mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until set too. Remove from the oven and heat to 325! F. Diagonally slice the biscotti 3 / 4 inch thick. Pass on the baking sheets and return to the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cut just to color. Let cool and store in an airtightjar.

3 / 4 c crisco - butter flavored

1 1 / 4 c brown sugar - firmly packed

1 3 / 4 c flour

1 c milk choc. Chips can replace (semi-sweet)

1 c walnuts or pecans, chopped

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt

1 tb Vanilla

2 tb Milk

3 / 4 ts Baking powder

Heat on 375th Cream crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla.
Blend until creamy. Blend in the egg. Flour, salt and soda. Add
toCream mix. Gradually, chips and nuts. Drop rounded
Tablespoons of dough onto baking paper. Bake at 375 for 8-10
Minutes. Do not over bake.
